Foster Based Dog Rescue

I am looking for someone within 50 miles of Mentor, OH to help begin a foster based dog rescue. The organization would rescue dogs from shelters that give animals a time limit of how long they can be in the shelter before being euthanized. I am looking for someone who has a great deal of experience with dogs and volunteering with rescues. This would not be a paid position; however, it would not require volunteering outside of your job. I would need help with the website, marketing, getting foster volunteers, etc. Please contact me only if you are going to be dedicated to helping with this organization get started and continue on.
