FOR SALE: I have a TOTAL of 8 pens. The set shown is a stack of 2 sets of Double Pens. This Complete Stack of 4 pens is $800.00 or you can purchase a set with 2 pens for $500. (Top or Bottom half of the unit shown is $500) The other set of 4 pens is $1,000 and I will post them AFTER this set is sold. This was custom made for a Groomer / Overnight Boarder. She used them for cat boarding, and overnight groom stays. She paid $2,000.00 for this 4 pen unit. She has fallen on hard times and all her utilities are off and her rent is past due, so she is forced to sell. She is not financially able to donate these to a Rescue. Measurements: . ~Floor to Top (including Light Housing) 62" ~Front to Back (including Feeders) 34.5". ~Side to Side 60" ~Floor Space for pet inside Each compartment is 29" wide x 29" deep x 24" tall ~~There is NO contact between the animals in each pen. ~~Each pen has a light that can be used for warmth or even a heat lamp. Perfect for nursery or recovery, or quarantine, or newly weaned babies. ~~Each pen has an attached Water holder inside to prevent spilling. ~~Each pen has a attached feeder that can be filled from the outside, it is not spillable, and the pet can't get in the food and spoil it. ~~The pet's Flooring is expanded wire metal mesh covered THICKLY with a soft Plastic Epoxy type coating to be gentle on their feet. Small holes to keep the pet comfy, yet urine passes through to the tray below to keep them clean and dry. ~~ The Tray below each pen slides out. You line it with newspaper, and it catches the pet waste keeping pet and area clean. The whole unit is designed to be easily sanitized and she pressure washed it weekly, followed with a steam cleaner. So it's easy to care for. It is constructed of VERY durable HDPE plastic type material. Seems to be indestructible, and nothing sticks out for them to chew on.
