Hi there! My name is Lexie Nelson, I am an experienced Pet Caretaker and Dog Walker. I have many years of personal experience with pets, and 6 months professional experience. I require a "meet and greet" consultation with you and your pet(s) to get to know your needs and your pet's needs. This service is free and necessary before you hire me. The services I offer are: | Pet Sitting: Staying in your home, or visiting your home 2 times daily, to look after and care for your pet(s) while you are away. I offer short stays such as 2-3 days, or longer stays up to 3 weeks. | Pet Check-in: This service can be very useful if you are a busy person who can't go home to check on your pets mid-day, or if you work long hours. During a check in I would feed your pet(s) (if needed), provide a bathroom break and or a quick 15 minute walk, and loving play time. This visit is 35 minutes max. | Dog Walking: I offer 1/2 hour walks*, 1 hour walks*, and 2 hour adventure hikes*. - My half hour walks are personal one-on-one, which is great for dogs that don't get along well with others, or have special needs and require extra attention. These walks are on leash with possible off-leash time depending on the circumstances or location. - The 1 hour walks can be one-on-one or with other dogs depending on your budget. If your looking to get your dog well-socialized with other dogs, I would suggest this service. These walks are on leash with possible off-leash time depending on the circumstances or location. - My adventure hikes are off-leash and for the most part and are with other dogs. This two-hour hike takes place in the dog-friendly park location of my choice. The location is based on the day of the week and how many dogs I have/their personalities, as some dogs don't get along with others and need to be organized accordingly. Before these walks I will inform you of what park we're heading to,and during the walk I will update you on our current location with a photo and GPS map pin. There may be a slight delay if I am out of cell-range, but I will always let you know when we are back in cell service. *I require dogs to be up-to-date on their shots. I have the right to refuse care if a dog is aggressive, is very difficult to control on leash, or if they have no former leash/command training.
