Hi my name is Elizabeth. I have been a stable hand and farm sitter for 18 years and am accustomed to large herd feedings. Over the years I have farm sat for several references and then the thought occurred to me "What do other farmers do when they want a vacation?" So I decided to extend the offer to farm sit other people's farms so they could go on vacation. A Little About Me: I have been an Accountant for 11 years during what "non-farmer owners " would call working hours and a barn hand before and after the sunrise. I was a stable hand for the last barn for five years and was blessed by the barn and show team with a trophy of appreciation. I am Experienced with Colic, Foundering, Cushing's Disease, Administration of Medications, Shots, Studs and well you get the gist I also have a good deal of references including vets that know of my experience and dedication to animals and safety. I have a small homestead of five acres with my two senior but still feisty horses, chickens, dogs, turtles, a guinea pig, a couple stray cats, a poodle and a mastiff. My husband will be helping me with the larger farms. He grew up with livestock all his life on 137 acres.
