I am a passionate animal lover who is experienced in pet sitting, dog walking, dog training and the animal rescue industry. I have been a volunteer dog walker at the Jersey Shore Animal Center in Brick, NJ for 6 years. I have done transports with the Monmouth County SPCA in Eatontown, NJ, to South Carolina and Puerto Rico to bring back dogs to be adopted. I have traveled to Best Friends Animal Society in Utah, the largest no- animal sanctuary in the country, and completed the workshop How To Start Your Own Animal Sanctuary (my ultimate goal). I have my NJ Animal Control Officer Certification and have been employed by Petsmart as a Customer Engagement Leader and Dog Trainer. In June I completed a 4 month internship at Best Friends in Dogtown. Currently I am attending Midland University in Fremont, Nebraska. I am getting my Bachelors in Business Administration/Marketing and Human Services. Upon graduation in 2018, I intend to open an animal sanctuary that doubles as a treatment facility for individuals with any kind of mental health issues, addiction and substance abuse, and eating disorders. In the meantime, I would love to help you with any dog or animal related services. I enjoy exercising and being outside (I am at Midland on a Powerlifting scholarship), and am comfortable walking up to 3 dogs at once. I offer basic obedience training, intermediate training, and housebreaking.
