I have been a pet and house sitter for ten years and began pet boarding in my home six years ago. In early 2016, I joined forces with DogVacay and now I am also a part of Rover. I truly love the work that I do through Rover, but I also understand that different families have different needs, so I am hoping that I may reach more people through pet sitter. For example, I personally have 5 rescue cats. They are very nervous and uncomfortable outside of their familiar home enviroment and routines. I have met several dogs who also feel this way. What about fish, hermit crabs, birds, or hamsters? All animals need love and attention, and all pet parents need the peace of mind that can only come when you know that ALL of your family members are happy, safe, and cared for.
