I have owned dogs, cats, rabbits, and small mammals my entire life. I have always had a great love for animals and greatly enjoy working with them. At the age of 10, I began training my own dogs for competition obedience, rally, and agility. I have been working with and learning from professional dog trainers since the age of 10. I have trained my own dogs as well as many dogs from the humane society. Starting in middle school, I began volunteering at my local humane society walking dogs. I have always had a passion to help animals and it wasn't long until I brought my passion for animals home. I have many years experience fostering and rehabilitating animals from the shelter to find them good homes. I work with many dogs from very small to very large. I have also been working with and training working sled dogs for over 3 years. This past summer I spent up in Alaska working as a dog handler and helping with tours for a musher. I have also helped train sled dog puppies/adolescents for the manners and behaviors they need to become well-rounded working sled dogs. I also work at a dog daycare and boarding facility where I am always working with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. I offer dog sitting in my home for $20 per night. I also am willing to travel to your house to provide a variety of other pet services as well. I would love to welcome your dog(s) as part of the family while you are away!
