Hello! My name is Kris Murray and my main passion is animals. I recently graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science. I am currently pursuing my Master's Degree in Animal Science with an emphasis on animal behavior. I have experience pet sitting service dogs in-training for a service dog organization, Susquehanna Service Dogs. It was very rewarding to see the dogs you helped train become a certified service dog! Through this program I have gained experience working with a variety of dogs, as well as how to train them using positive reinforcement. I have also worked with cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and other small animals. I learned how to handle, care for, and give medication to these animals through my animal science programs. Additionally, I have personally had cats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, and more as pets. I love meeting new animals, and I look forward to the opportunity to meet yours! Lastly, I have experience working with large animals. I have been an avid horseback rider for 5 years.
