Pet Sitter in Saint Paul, Minnesota

Hi! I'm Annie. I'm a senior at Hamline University where I study sociology and gender, and spend my spare time cuddling my cat in an attempt to escape the emotional/physical stress that is college. I'm here because I'm looking to pick up extra side jobs to make some money before I graduate into years of student loan debt :) As the daughter of a veterinarian, animals have always been an essential part of all aspects of my life. Of course I grew up surrounded by my family's pets, including chinchillas, rabbits, rats, cats, birds, horses, chickens (do chickens count as pets?), dogs, a donkey... you get the idea. It was never overcrowded, overwhelming, or dirty. Just full, both the house, and our hearts. I also spent my childhood raising rescued animals of all sorts who'd been taken to my mom to nurture to health before being released. In high school I worked at her animal hospital where I tended to boarding pets (feeding, walking, administering medicine, hugging, etc.), cleaned, and whatever else was needed at the clinic. Because of my unique upbringing, I've developed a tremendously deep passion for the livelihood of animals; a history that has given me a true understanding of the importance of a reliable and loving caregiver for your pet. I'm available all day every day of the week except between 8 and 11 AM Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and 5 to 10 PM Wednesdays because of classes.
