I've grown up around animals my entire life, and I currently have a box-terrier, pit bull mix and a black (barn) cat, both of which are females, and no, this wasn't planned. My 14 year-old daughter wanted a kitten last year, so we got Twilight, for free from a lady who has a horse farm, then the Humane Society had an adoption event this May, and that's where we got Chunky Mummy (Olivia). The girls are a part of our family and we love 'em.
