Pet Sitter in Oviedo, Florida

I am 22 years old, and I am still in school at Seminole State University. I received a full gymnastics scholarship to my dream school at Penn State University which has been one of the best experience. I attended 3 years with a Bio- behavioral health degree, realizing a little too late that my passion is nursing. Having to leave my sport due to a injury, I decided to come back to my home state of Florida and work towards becoming an RN. I have much experience with dogs. I grew up around animals my whole life, and I actually wanted be a Zoo keeper until I realized I liked to shop too much. I grew up with an Airedale Terrier, named Bentley, and supposedly I would crawl in his crate when I was 1 1/2 and sleep with him. When he passed, we got two dogs; a cocker spaniel then two years later a mini poodle. We noticed that our cocker spaniel was getting really fat, so we managed her diet a little better, but didn’t think anything of it. One morning my dad wakes me up with an urgency I never felt before, I didn't even question him--I knew something was wrong. "You are never going to believe this," he said. To my surprise, in my dog's bed are four little puppies, all perfectly clean and feeding. I was speechless. Luckily, my aunt has bred and showed Boxers and Dobermans for 20 years, so she helped us through the process. However, my dad fell in love with the developmental process of taking care of those puppies, and watching them produce happiness in the families that took them home, that he began to become a breeder as a hobby. He wanted to puppies that came from loving, healthy, and respectable homes that people could trust. He has taught me so much---From delivering puppies, training, feeding, grooming, treating ear infections, cutting nails, etc. I love dogs, and thoroughly enjoy the unconditional love they have, and couldn't think of a better animal in the world. I can't have a dog with school right now, and I would love to take care of yours whenever you need me to! -Sammie
