"I am that person that will play with the dog at a party." Recently, I asked myself, "what makes me happy?" Two different things came to mind: creating through drawing/painting and being with animals. This led me to challenging my skills creatively and now I am a children's book illustrator and author ('Unplug And Play' book featuring some lovable animals available soon on Amazon and Kindle). In addition, I have decided to take my history (grew up with animals and Mom was a veterinary technician) and love of animals to a professional level, opening 'Buddy Holly's Dog & Cat Sitting' business. Entrusting a person with your precious pets, inviting them into your home or having the dogs stay at my place is NOT something I take lightly. It is my ultimate goal to build trust with every client and their animals. Our dogs here are Duke (age 11, nearly 12) and Hemi (age 9, going on 2-she has more energy than she should haha). They are both very friendly, good with other animals and extremely laid back.
