Hello, My name is Sue Stecker and I live a half mile from the Illinois border in Pleasant Prairie. I'm 58 years old and have had dogs my entire life. I just love them! My current baby is a yellow lab, 8 years old, had eye cancer as a puppy and had to have her left eye removed to save her life. I had no doubt that's what we had to do...is have surgery for her. As a puppy a...she had no problem adjusting to the one eye. She does so well that she catches balls. I purchased this home 1 year ago and the previous owner has a dog kennel in the yard. The entire back yard is fenced in which is so nice for Abby to run and play. Abby has always been an indoor dog; however, she does love being outside, playing and the water. But, she also loves sticking very close to me. :) Abby loves children, and people in general. She gets along well with other dogs too.
