I live in a small house, close in - Downtown Oregon City. I have managed a dog daycare & boarding facility for over 2 1/2 years. There, I over saw all the needs of running the daycare including caring for up to 26 dogs by myself at one time. I have cared for animals all my life and enjoy their company very much. I had two dogs of my own recently, a Rottweiler 108 lbs. named Diablo, and a Rottweiler / Bernese Mountain Dog mix, 103 lbs. named Santo. They have both passed, but remain dear to my heart. All dogs in my care I treat like I would my own. As long as they are flea free, they are welcome to sleep in bed with me. One of my favorite places to take my four legged friends is Mary S Young Park off Hwy 43 on the Willamette River in West Linn. They have a fantastic off leash dog park there with acres to run & play. If you have dogs that need a compassionate care taker, feel free to contact me. I prefer to take care of animals in my home whenever possible, but I will consider staying the night at your home if necessary. Dogs staying in my home should be house trained. I checked all of the services listed so I will go over those briefly now. For exercise & socialization, I like to take the dogs to an off leash park whenever possible. I also take dogs out for a potty walk before we go to bed & when we get up. As far as grooming goes, if you have the supplies, I'm willing to brush your dog, bathe & towel dry your dog, do a toe nail trim if your dog does not mind... or if you prefer, I can drive your dog to the groomers. When it comes to working on training, I will use your commands and your reward system, unless you want me to work with your dog in my own way, your choice.
