My name is Kacey and I have lived in the San Diego area for almost 2 years now. I grew up in Wisconsin and have been caring for and in love with animals my whole life. I have professional experience with both domestic and wild animals, giving me a wealth of knowledge about pet behavior. Beyond that, I feel a bond with them that is unexplainable and I especially feel that I can help your pet with their separation anxiety issues if they do exist. While I was living on the Central Coast of California, I volunteered for Pacific Wildlife Care, a rehabilitation organization for injured wildlife, and learned even more about the care and understanding of all types of creatures both great and small (which incidentally, if you understand the reference, was my favorite book growing up, dreaming about becoming a vet). I was involved with the day to day care of the animals including cleaning, feeding, administering medications, transportation, etc. I led volunteer drives to bring more attention to the needs of the center and it became one of the most rewarding things I've ever done. I also spent time at Wood's Humane Society in San Luis Obispo, socializing the cats and dogs, and took part in many training courses. I have a firm grasp on what it takes to handle both small and large dogs in both private and public situations. I completely understand that your dog (or other furry, scaled, or feathered friend) is family and will treat him or her accordingly, with love and respect. Along with professionally & responsibly following your directions for home and animal care. I have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and have been a Designer & Photographer for the last 10 years. Besides animals, photography is one of my great loves and I will document your pet's antics and adventures during the time that I am his or her guardian.
