Hi there! I am a certified crazy dog lady (okay, only by my friends and family!) who has two Great Pyrenees and one tiny terrier who rules the roost! I have worked in animal rescue, and had many dogs own me, for over twenty years. I am experienced in extra large breeds, down to toy sized fur-kids, and everything in-between. We make our own food here after working with a pet nutritionist at UC Davis to perfect a quality recipe, but are happy to feed your fur baby their normal food to keep their tummies happy and their routines in-tact if that is your preference! We know, firsthand, how stressful it is to leave your fur-kid and worry that they are stressed or not receiving the care and attention that you would provide them at home. My goal is to alleviate that concern and give your furry friend a vacation of their own; so that you can relax knowing that your baby is being cared for, loved, and is happy and healthy while you are away! Our home is animal friendly, and our large grassy yard is well fenced! Our two teen boys, animal whisperers in their own rights, are happy to provide extra long walks and play time to keep your fur baby active while they are on vacation! We use Gillespie Veterinary Center for our own animals, but are happy to work with your own veterinarian if your baby needs extra care while you are away. The usual run-of-the-mill pet health issues are ones we've seen and dealt with, and you can rest comfortably knowing your furry friend is in capable hands should an issue arise! There isn't a breed unwelcome in our home!
