Ben did an awesome job caring for our dog and cat while we were out of town for Thanksgiving! He kept us updated with texts and pictures of our pets, and he was a great communicator; quick to ask questions and give us responses when we needed. He was also great at handling the smaller details on his own, which left us stress-free to enjoy our time away from home.
