Hello! I graduated from Purdue University this past summer with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences. I started shadowing veterinarians and volunteering at Hebron Animal Hospital throughout my middle school and high school years. During those years, I provided general care for animals in the clinic, helped vet technicians during checkups by performing gentle handling restraints, and occasionally assisted with medicine administration. My knowledge regarding animals varies as I enjoy working with all kinds. From my involvement through 4-H, I’ve had the opportunity to gain experience owning and working with various animals, such as horses, guinea pigs, poultry, cats, dogs, iguanas, rabbits, and all kinds of livestock animals. During the past 7 months I was able to gain more knowledge on animal care and assisting with dog demo trainings while working at Pawsitive Pets. I’m currently working remote as an entrepreneur and have some availability throughout my day. So, I’d be thrilled to help and care for your furry family members when needed. :)
