Pet Lover/Sitter available immediately

I am a huge dog lover and have been since I can remember. I had two dogs of my own: Bruin, a soft-coated wheaten terrier, and Teddy, a Chinese-crested powder-puff. My family and I had to make the tough decision to put Bruin down last year at the age of 13, but he was truly a wonderful dog and I will always cherish the memories with him. He loved carrots, the snow, people, and sleeping on couches. I graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University in December 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a minor in History. In 2007, I moved to Florida and graduated from high school in 2011. I have been dog sitting for about 2 and a half years, watching several dogs in my neighborhood. I also had the pleasure of house sitting twice last summer for a family on my street, while watching their dog and two fish. The services I provide are walking, feeding, pet sitting, and overnight care. The pets I have cared for have included dogs, cats, and fish, but are open to other types of pets. I am patient, hard working, dedicated, and a fast learner. I have had experience with both small and large dogs, ranging from a labor doodle to a Yorkie. It's always tough to say goodbye to your pet in the morning, knowing they will be alone all day, but I always make sure to give them companionship and will spend time with them, so they won't feel lonely all day. I am also aware that when watching dogs, they love a good adventure and if you feel comfortable with it, I am more than happy to take them to the dog park, the beach, etc.
