Hi my name is Emily! I'm a college graduate from UMW. I have cared for several pets throughout my life. I currently own 5 cats and I am fostering 1! I love my cats dearly but I also love dogs, I have even cared for rats! Animals are always the highlight of my day! I understand the responsibility of taking care of furry loved ones, which is a huge reason why I am pursuing my Masters in Animal Science. I love all animals and wouldn't mind doing anything that needs to be done to care for them. Give me this opportunity to care for your lovely pets and you won't be disappointed! Emily was out dog walker and pet sitter since last April. She was fabulous! A dog whisperer of sorts. The puppies, Eli a boisterous Border Terrier, and Roxi, a gentle but strong hound/mix were at ease with Emily and my husband and I were confident that they were being cared for in a loving manner. Emily also was able to pet sit for us overnight during long weekends and over a week holidays which we took. She is responsible, kind, gentle, and responsive to both our needs (which sometimes were emergency calls due to our DC jobs) and the needs of our furry loves. Our puppies were always so happy to see her not only because they knew they might get an extra treat or two (we like Emily to spoil them, not us ;-)) but also because we were able to ask her to stay with them for a while and she obliged. It was always a treat to see the three of them in the living room relaxing when we got home. Emily provided that sense of security for us and we were very happy to have her for as long as we did. We would recommend her services highly.
