I have owned animals all my life and take great pride in caring for them. Ever since I was young I have always wanted a profession caring for animals. I attended A&M and secured a job at an animal clinic where I worked 7 years and became a certified veterinary assistant. I started as a simple kennel help. I spent my time walking, feeding, and caring for the boarding animals, scrubbing cages, and scooping poop. My dedication and persistence allowed me to move up the ladder. I slowly gained knowledge of the animal medical field over the years and with that was able to obtain my certification as a vet assistant, that I maintain qualifications for by attended continuing education classes annually. I never cease to strive to learn more. My knowledge and ability to recognize and provide treatment to animals with medical conditions coupled with my strong love of animals makes me a great fit for animal care.
