Thursday, January 12, 2017 Sandra Burrell, Pet Care Specialist Sandra: My name is Ted Fites. Thanks for all your info you provided in your SitterCity website. My wife and I were very impressed with your extensive experience. We have very recently moved to the uptown area and are looking for reliable pet care for our cats, Minnia and Zorrita for the nights of Jan. 24-25. Both are indoor cats, but enjoy sun-bathing on our bed, especially when the weather warms up. Our feedback from previous Cat Sitters is that they both have gotten along well with the sitter after the first day of care. Our cat care needs are typically incidental throughout the year. We finished moving here in November 2014, initially requiring much multiple day care after our relocation, but our current needs are now much less. Typically, we would require cat care for 2-3 days at a time. Cat care can range from 1x to 2x per day, according to your availability, and typically to administer meals only. While most are cat care needs would be random in nature, the one period that is fixed yearly that we require care for is during the last full week of January (2-6 days in length). Heres a little background info on our cats: Minnie: Born May, 2008, cream tabby. Takes ViraLys (L-Lysine) powder supplement 2x daily to treat congenital condition. Since January, also takes Chondro-Flex powder treatment 1x daily for improved joint function as pre-arthritic treatment. Initially, Minnie can be a hisser to outsiders, but is generally the more extroverted of the pair. Zorrita: Born November, 2009, gray tabby. Since July, 2014, takes Phenobarbital crushed tab 2x times daily for treating epilepsy. Recently completed treatment for a UTI. Lately, were adding more wet protein to her daily diet to increase her water intake.Very sweet but introverted to outsiders, and enjoys picking fights with Minnie. All meds are administered during meals. We always premeasured Zorritas powdered meds which are then and placed into a 7 day pill organizer and dispensed from there for her AM & PM meals. We normally serve their meals at 6:30A and 6:30P, which is adjustable. We hope this gives you a sufficient profile of our cats and the cat care we would require. Thanks for reading this and we look forward to getting your reply info on your pet care services. Best Regards, Ted Fites & Anne Keller H: 505-231-... C: 314-258-...
