About Me: Nice to meet you! My name is Jessica. I'm seeking a pet carer job opportunity near Temple City, California. I'm hoping to contribute my 7 years of experience as a pet carer. My availability is flexible and I’m willing to work anywhere within the San Gabriel Valley. I have been in love with animals since I could remember. I grew up with many pets including dogs, cats, fish, birds and hamsters. Currently I have 2 cats and 2 dogs (4 yr/o golden retriever & 10 m/o springer spaniel) whom I raised as puppies and enjoy taking to the dog parks/dog beaches. In the past I have had/found 4 litters of kittens who I fostered and helped find loving homes. Two of those litters I have nursed on my own as they were newborns without their mothers. Providing the necessary care for animals is something I am passionate about and really enjoy. I am currently a college student at CSULA and would love to make some extra money as I cannot work a full time job. Services And Training: I am comfortable doing feedings, administering medications, providing long walks, bathing/brushing, picking up after your pets, and of course, giving your babies all the love and attention in the world! I also have no problem providing references if needed. I usually do overnight pet sitting/house sitting as it is the most convenient (being a college student who commutes) however, I am willing to do daily check-ins depending on the location. Unfortunately, I do not provide boarding in my home. I understand leaving your babies can be stressful and overwhelming for both you and your pet but I assure you I will do my best to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved even while you are away.
