I've known Donald professionally and personally for over 10 years; he's looked after our cats when we’ve been away for about the same number of years. He truly cares about the animals that are entrusted to him. He’ll spend time with each one of our cats during his visits, and has enough experience to give them medication when necessary, either by pilling them or with a syringe. Donald is accustomed to us leaving detailed instructions, as each cat has specific needs. Donald makes a point of marking down what was done each day, and leaving notes of his own -He’ll contact me directly with a brief summary of each visit or if something isn’t right. We have one cat that runs and hides for a lot of things, but particularly when new people are in the house. Over the course of several years, only visiting the house for several hours each year, Donald has managed to earn the cat’s trust so that he’ll allow Donald to give him massages. That’s a testament to Donald’s temperament and how he treats animals. I know that when we come back from a trip, we come back to happy, well cared for cats. I had to euthanize one of our cats before Thanksgiving weekend 2019. I made sure to offer Donald a chance to say ‘goodbye’ after looking after her for all of these years. It only seemed right, he is ‘Uncle Donald’ to us and them after all. There is no one else I'd trust with taking care of our felines...

I operated a petsitting business in Toronto; DOWNTOWN DOGWALKING for ten years and have asked him to help me serve my clients.(I am not running my business anymore since I have left Toronto) Donald is a kind and caring man. Donald is very devoted to the animals; he follows instructions carefully and he is responsbile. He has cared for 'older, end of life clients, for small dogs and cats. He has worked with rabbits and iguanas and exotic birds also. He has wonderful abilities with cats and is known as 'the cat whisperer'. He deserves that title because he can intuitively know what a particular cat needs. He is trained in giving needles, pills to cats and he can brush their teeth. He is skilled in cat massage. Cats love Donald! i trust him with my own beloved pets!
