Hi, I'm Alvin, a dedicated cat sitter based in London. I genuinely love cats and have lived with them my whole life. I understand how important it is to make sure your furry family members feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you're away. That’s why I offer reliable and flexible pet sitting services tailored to the needs of each cat — especially those who are a bit more sensitive or need extra attention. Over the years, I’ve cared for three cats of my own. Two have passed away, including one who had kidney failure — I looked after her until the very end, giving her subcutaneous fluids daily, feeding her kidney-specific food, and taking her for acupuncture weekly. Through that experience, I learned how to care for cats with serious health issues, and how important patience and routine are for their wellbeing. I was also a foster parent to a 2-month-old kitten, who stayed with me until she was adopted at 3 months. She learned everything in my home — how to eat wet food and chicken shreds, how to play with other cats, how to run, jump, and of course, how to meow loudly! It was so rewarding to see her grow and get ready for her forever home. I currently live with my 18-year-old girl, who has early-stage kidney failure since 15. She had a corneal ulcer last year and almost resulting melting corneal. I gave her eyedrops from every two hours includes overnight until she recovered 2 months later. Unfortunately, she’s lost her eye sight due to high blood pressure incidentally. She relies on me heavily now — I hand-feed her several times a day as she refused the kidney diet by eating it herself, and stay with her to prevent her to be too lonely and scared. Because of her condition, I’m looking for flexible work that allows me to stay close and continue looking after her every day.
