Pet Sitter in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan

Multi disciplinary artist, musician and artcrafter, open minded and loooove animals. Life is a highway full of surprises and goodness. That is my philosophy. As I have traveled a lot, I am an open minded person close to nature and open spaces. Born in Quebec, I arrived in Saskatchewan and stopped in Moose Jaw in 2013, backpacking once again through Canada. Okanagan Valley charmed me in 1997 and I have worked as a groome boy on a ranch with race horses (thouroghbred) for a year. My relation with these horses made me realize how close their behavior is to dogs. I grew up with a black labrador and had many cats. Animals are the best company ever! loll! Just have to understand and respect their language to earn thier friendshiip (I have experienced it personally when my dog growled at me, trying to take me away while I was playing in a tree. "Get away! Danger incoming!", barking and running away from that tree. It was a hot day, and storm clouds were forming. But when you're a kid, climbing trees is more fun than a dog barking sometimes). It's not raining yet! Let's keep playing. But my dog was trying desperately to get my attention by going farther away from that tree. And I ended up getting down and go to get my pet. A few minutes later, hail storm and rain came. We got soaken wet on the way back home. And surprisingly, on the next day, that tree in the middle of the field was splitted in half. A lightning? Well as a kid, I didn't know. With time, that image made me think about our dog's behavior that day I was playing in the field. She feld I was in danger. With time, we have tendancy to forget sings and languages around us but that souvenir reminds me to stay connected (Oh! I'm not perfect!) to tese messages as simple as they are. So, communication goes way farther than in between human... and I love it.
