Hi, my name is Anshin. I am a single mom and work from home. I am a creative artist type eager to connecting with your fur babies. I grew up on a farm taking care of all sorts of furry friends including many cats, dogs, chicks, pigeons, chinchilla's. We currently have a 5 year old American Eskimo dog and she is awesome but her own quirks. Farrah loves to go for walks rain or shine and enjoys swimming in the ocean. I am able to walk dog's under 20lbs and experienced with reactivity, as my current dog had experienced trauma a few years ago with a Break and Enter and I have worked through her fear aggression. She is very mellow and non reactive these days as I am able to know her triggers and read situations to avoid or de-esculate and correct and or re-direct her behavior/attention. My previous dog was timid high anxiety Shiba Inu. She overcame many of her issues mostly from just hanging out with her in very busy high traffic situations, however she always remained somewhat timid and skittish as that is just her personal temperment. At home I am usually in the kitchen or working on the computer or walking outside. I live in the West End, close to the sea wall and dog friendly park/beach areas. I tend to avoid the gated busy dog parks as they are dirty and can be disruptive or unravel progress in training. My rate for fast paced walk can include basic training to listen to commands such as: Stop Leave It Sit Okay Stay Come here Lay Down Left Side Right Side Walk with Me $20 for 1hr Walk and or Training The success of your dog's ability to learn/remember a new command/skill is the amount of homework you are willing to do daily in everyday life with him or her. Also Just one command at one time before proceeding to the next is very important to gain their confidence and trust :) Tell me some details about your fur baby and the goals you would like to achieve.
