Pet Sitter in Newmarket, Ontario

I am an enthusiastic, fun, patient, pet-loving 18 year old interested in providing pet care within the Newmarket area. Throughout my life i have worked a variety of different pet care oriented jobs for wonderful families living in the area. I have developed a strong knowledge of how to train and connect with animals in a respectable and patient way. Some of the people i have provided pet and children care for are Rosemary Doyle, and Shelly Miles, my two references. I have cared for Rosemary\'s children, dogs, cats, fish, and lizards throughout the years, as well as Shelly\'s children and two dogs. It is quite easy for me to build relationships with animals and their owners, because of my natural connection, accompanied by love and patience, that i use while caring for pets. Other than this i was a full time dog-walker, trainer and care provider for a few different dogs in my neighborhood. I am looking forward to receiving employment from a wonderful family that shares the same love of animals that i do, so we an work together to ensure i can learn their routine and provide the best possible care that i can. A happy employer, and a happy pet at the end of the day is a goal that seems very satisfying and positive to me, and i cant wait to get started. Since the young age of twelve i was employed by a young couple to walk, train, and feed their beagle bailey every day of the week while they were at work. Training was of course the hardest part, but with my determination and great ability to connect with animals, within a couple weeks bailey had learned many important rules such as no jumping or biting, to walk next to the owner without pulling the leash, and to automatically wipe his feet and go into his crate after his walk and meal. Other than this job, i have been hired countless times to watch a variety of animals including dogs, cats, birds, fish, and reptiles, while their owners are away. About a year ago i adopted my own little kitten, and have absolutely fallen in love with him since, this has helped me to realize the great joy i receive when working with animals, and i can say that i feel i am very experienced with the duties required in taking proper care of them.
