Hi, I am Ashmita, A bit about me: I have been looking after dogs since I was 4 years old, but don't have any 'professional' experience. I am great with Dogs (i.e. as long as the Dog approves of me!). I never try to be imposing to dogs and always choose positive reinforcement based approach. I have a deep love for dogs and an extensive history in caring for dogs. Professionally, I am a Software Engineer working with General Motors. I Live in a Condo in Scarborough. The three dogs in my profile are Hercules( Chihuahua), Picci (Aussie Doodle) and Zara (German Shephard). Hercules is my friend's dog, who adores me and just relaxes whenever he is around me, knowing I will protect him. Picci is my cousin's dog, who is a Diva, but loves being petted (however, will not 'show' it). Zara (may her soul RIP in doggo heaven) was my aunt's dog who was a sweetheart and a drama queen, she had amazing eye rolling capability. Professionally I have walked 3 dogs, when I was staying at Mississauga - Will keep the names a secret ;) First Dog is a Husky/Afghan Hound Mix, 2nd Dog is a Bichon Frise. 3rd Dog was a Golden Doodle. I have walked all 3 dogs multiple times and am apt at cleaning after them (It doesn't gross me out), giving them a bit of a run on a free turf, letting them roll around on grass and seeing them smile, keeping them away and safe from unsafe areas or creatures. I can play with the dogs - tug, frisbee, fetch. Love giving them mental stimulation with games such as hide and seek, finding food, commands memorization with the help of treats.
