Hey there! My name is Sophie and I’ve grown up around animals my entire life. My goal is to eventually become a veterinarian and I would love to add some extra hours to my application for vet school! I have experience working with a dog breeder in Northern California and have extensive training in all things puppy care! I’ve taken care of countless litters in the past couple of years including feeding, administering medications/ vaccinations, and socializing. In addition I have volunteered for the SPCA and worked with many shelter animals including cats and other small animals! I currently have a dog of my own as well as 50 hours of large animal experience working with a herd of dairy cattle at my school and a group of donkeys off campus. I’m working on getting my Veterinary Assistant Certification and have detailed knowledge about animal care/ handling and basic veterinary care. I am more than happy to help with pet playtime, feeding, potty breaks, cleaning litter boxes, walking, bathing/ grooming, overnight care, administering medication, boarding, and more!
