Cameryn always came to work with a smile on her face, and a can-do attitude. Once on shift, she was bitten by a dog, and though I, as her manager, was mildly freaking out, she maintained a cool and clear head about the entire situation. She didn't want to press charges against the animal because she loves them so much, and luckily was able to have the injury paid for by the pet owner. The very next day, Cam was back at work with a smile on her face and a bandage on her knee, and you would never know that she had suffered an injury. As far as work performance, Cam came on to the team late, but achieved the same level of goals as folks who had been around for a while, it was clear she took the work very seriously, and was incredibly dedicated. I would gladly rehire her.
