Pet Sitter Job in Tacoma, Washington

I have a year and a half old German Shepherd. He is neutered, but he is still an energetic puppy! One of his daycares has told me they crate him often to regulate his playing because he could literally play all day and not all dogs want to be pestered by him. I am hoping to find someone to watch him that will not keep him crated for most of the day. His downsides are he has no experience with any animals besides dogs, he is afraid of children and he is sometimes leash/fence aggressive. However, he is a big goofball off leash and truly loves being around other dogs. I want to start him at a new daycare with dogs who love to play as much as him and a sitter that understands him and wants to help him become a braver, more socially aware pup.
