Application: Hey, my name is Catherine! I’m 18 years old, and a huge lover of all types of animals. I still live at home, but my family is also extremely welcoming and very willing to let me bring in animals who need care while you’re away or busy! I have an older brother and two younger sisters, aged 9 and 11. They are very laid back and loving. As well as my family, I own 2 guinea pigs, a hamster, and 3 cats! I know it sounds like a pretty full house, but I assure you that everyone in my household, (including the critters!), are laid back and welcoming. If you are looking for your furry pal to stay overnight with me, arrangements can absolutely be made to ensure their comfort and safety. As I mentioned, I do have other pets, but we can work something out to be sure that everyone is happy co-existing. My house is rather spacious with a beautiful park just around the corner, so your pet will be sure to have a place to run around and play if they are interested in doing so! As well as this, we have a side yard with plenty of room to throw a ball around, and a safe neighborhood with very few passing cars, so you can be assured that your buddy will be safe here. My availability is very flexible! Description of Skills: I am happy to help with caring for sick animals, or animals who require a regular administering of medication. I also have personal transportation available, however I would need to work with my parents on this, as the car is not my own! Regarding previous experience, I have loved and been around animals for my entire life. My friends and family jokingly call me the “animal whisperer”, as I am known for having various animals such as neighborhood cats, birds, squirrels, etc enjoy hanging around me!
