Hey there, I'm Belinda! I love animals. I like to joke that I should have a ranch for all of the animals that I want! :P I have my own vehicle. I provide services at pet owner's home ONLY. I am available for drop in visits, dog walking, and house sitting jobs. Rates are negotiable with discounts for multiple pets, extended stays, and re-occuring clients. I am open to dog sitting ANY breeds. I follow directions well. I do research the breed prior to any dog sitting jobs. I can usually accommodate a last minute job. I've been around Boston Terriers, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, and many other breeds. I have owned an Alaskan Husky (adopted from being a stray), four Golden Retrievers (as puppies and adults), a teacup Maltipoo, and an adult Miniature Pinscher. I also had two 10 week old GS/Husky pups that I raised since they were around 6 weeks. Currently, I have: - an 8 y.o., 70lbs German Shepherd, raised since he was 8 weeks old, named Rin Tin Tin ("Rinny") - a 6 mos., 15lbs Min Pin/Chihuahua puppy, raised since he was 8 weeks old, named Nickles - a 10 wk, 2lbs Maltese/Poodle puppy, raised since she was 7 weeks old, named Daisy I am very relaxed and comfortable around dogs of all kinds as I've owned a barely one pound Maltipoo to a 60 pound GSD. I'm also normally aware of any health related problems, special conditions or traits that the breed commonly has and care for the dog appropriately. Please message me for my availability. I'm allergic to cats (I can still be around them, though; I do accept household requests with cats), so I grew to love dogs and their different personalities! I did not grow up on a farm, but we had so many animals that it felt like one, sometimes! LOL The first dogs that I was around were Golden Retrievers when I was five years old! We always had puppies around, and I would help my family care for them - I had LOTS of fun playing with them in the backyard after school! :P My experience administering medication: I am very comfortable administering medication because I have done it over and over again. At first, I was not too comfortable with it, but I've accepted multiple requests over the years with furry companions that need it! This includes eye drops, eye creams, needle injections into a body part like leg, etc. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - What Belinda would like to know about your dog: I have no preference. I LOVE THEM ALL :) I'll usually ask all of the questions that I need to know when I do a meet and greet with the owners and pets. Questions include: "What is the dog's temperament like? Are they very active and need a lot of exercise? Are they nervous or anxious? Any special medications needed?"
