Hello pet parents, my goal for the remainder of my life is to become involved in contributing to the wellbeing of animals in any capacity. Over 3 years ago, I discovered pet sitting and decided to get involved. I enrolled in school to learn how to groom dogs and train them as well. My passion has always been to work with animals, but decided at that time to focus on helping abused children within the mental health industry. Fortunately during my 20 years helping children and their families, I also had the opportunity to work with deaf and hard of hearing children and trained assistance dogs. Incorporating the therpeituc bond among the children and the dogs was rewarding and sparked that desire within myself to persue my lifelong dream of working with animals, in particular, dogs. I have always been around pets. Ive raised 4 cats and 4 dogs so far. I remember the difficulties I had attempting to bring my big dogs on vacation with me and did not seem to have any one at the time to care for my fur family while enjoying a vacation that was not dog friendly, so I couldnt plan those trips. I want to be that trustworthy reliable person for others, so that they can feel at ease when traveling. I have been someone many have relied on to watch their pets while they go on vacation worry free. I am constantly taking the time to learn about and respect the different dog breeds, which I believe is crucial when establishing a bond with them. Ive found that I've become a more effective caretaker and can ensure that I will provide your loved one with the best care possible.
