As a pet owner, I know that placing your little loved ones in the care of a stranger is nerve-racking - but I assure you that I will give your pets whatever care, attention, or activity they may require and keep you fully informed about how they are doing. I have had pets all my life and understand that each animal is different - they have their own personalities, preferences and needs - I am here to cater to that. While caring for your pets I will follow any instruction- whether it be taking your dog for a run or hand feeding your hamster - you know what is best for your pets. I love animals of all kinds and I am very patient, caring, and adaptive. If you want a caretaker who will go to any length to ensure that happiness and well being of your pets then I'm your girl! I have a lot of experience as a pet owner, from dogs to cats to frogs. In the past I had two German Shepard dogs, both of whom lived full, healthy and happy lived until they were 18, and two cats, both were outside cats and both lived to be around 20 years old. I have also had a frog and numerous fish, who lived very long healthy lives as well. Currently, I have a kitten (Savannah Cat breed) who has so much energy I have to take her for jogs on a harness; and a 5 year old Yorkshire Terrier, who likes to play rough but really needs gentleness as he is a lot smaller than he likes to think. I have also cared for pets of friends and family (fish, snakes, big dogs, small dogs and cats). I read and research all the time and am well aware of the right and wrongs ways to discipline, train, walk, feed and play with animals and your pets would be in the best hands. As a university student I am always learning and trying to understand, so your pet's communications will be well attended to. my schedule is quite regular and flexible, and I can make it work with almost any pet's needs. Whenever your pet needs food or play I can be there. All in all, I love animals and I will do anything it takes to keep them happy, healthy and in good care. If your cat gets stuck in a tree I will climb up there and save him/her, if your dog chews up my shoes I'll talk to him about it and hide my shoes better, if your bunny requires me to cook special food and sing a song while s/he eats - call me chef! No matter what, your pet(s) will be my first priority and my life long experience with big, small, young, old, tough and fragile pets will serve your family with exactly what you need.
