Pet Sitter in St. Albert, Alberta

Animals love my energy. I can excite and play with a timid dog while calming and relaxing a playful dog. Aggressive behaviour doesn't scare me as I feel I control the situation all the times. My passion is dogs, but I also love all animals. I own a dog, Ralf, and a cat, Channel. I am currently volunteering at the Edmonton Humane Society and hope to make a career helping/training dogs. Dec 2010-March 2011 I was a live in housesitter and pet sitter for 4 months. There was one dog, Bugsy, that was 8 years old and a bit timid. Had several health problems and I provided a very specific diet and exercise schedule. He also had to be taken to the vet in Mornville (from St. Albert) several times for stones surgery that had been making him wet the bed and not be able to make it outside. Bugsy healed well and put the "pep" back into him. Several 2 week - live in pet sitting experiences while families went on a short vacation. 2 dogs in one home and a dog and a cat in the other home. Duties included walking, feeding, attention. Not hard for an animal lover.
