Pet Sitter in Pound Ridge, New York

I am a mature woman, late 50's, lover of animals. Moved to the country, Pound Ridge, NY in the late 70's with family, husband and had a child after moving. We did a rescue from North Shore Animal, he was the best. Escarole travelled with us for years. We lost him at the age of twelve from abdominal cancer. Two years later we again adopted a Black Lab mix from NSA again, Coco. After several month a women from a rescue visited our town, Pound Ridge with a litter. We could not resist, again adopted Nuggett. They grew up as brothers, with love from all, lots of property, great nutrition and the joy of our family. At 14 years Nuggett developed cancer and he left us in peace. Cocoa stayed with us for another two years before passing from cancer and becoming blind. There is no greater joy than our animals. We now have two adopted kittens, Abbott and Greyson. Abbott was abandoned after birth, Greyson is from the Westport Animal Shelter. They adore each other and we feel they have lightened up our household once again.m
