Pet Sitter Job in Sioux Falls, South Dakota

***Update*** Pet Sitter Position for May-June filled. We may need a pet sitter for August and September. Post: Nice to meet you! My name is Nadene. I am looking for someone who is caring, energetic, and looking to hang out with two very cuddly dogs and one cuddly cat. We will want someone who is able to keep our dogs happy while we are gone. They are classic hound dogs who can rest all day in the sun so long as they have time set aside to run at least once a day. We take them to a field near our home so they can have "nose time," roll in mud, and just be dogs. We would like for them to have a similar experience while we are gone. If this sounds too daunting for you, I am happy to discuss options on their exercise, but I will need someone who can keep up with them. They are well trained and very affectionate. More about our Pets: 1. We have an 11 year old dog who is in great shape. She will play fetch with you until your arm falls off and loves water. Once she gets in, it's nearly impossible to get her to leave. 2. Our 3 year old dog is high energy and very focused. She really enjoys stalking and flushing birds and rabbits. She's treat oriented and well trained. 3. Our cat is under one year old and very easy to get along with. She enjoys sitting in the dog run, watching the birds, drinking from the sink, and playing with her toys. She is talkative and will need plenty of affection, too. I have yet to see a stranger she won't greet. Notes On Availability: We are happy to discuss staying at our home with our pets or visiting them during the day.
