Pet Sitter Job in Santa Monica, California

Hi there! We are looking for someone to take care of our adorable 5 year old husky, Alexa, while we are gone from December 15-19. Ideally, we'd love to have our sitter board her at their house instead of ours. ***We are looking for someone who ideally works from home (or is retired), or a student who is on break, and would be able to be with her almost 24/7. Alexa is an incredibly sweet, loving, and beautiful dog. She was a rescue, and is still suffering from some mild separation anxiety. We can leave her alone for up to 3 hours in a high-anxiety crate (available at our house in Santa Monica) which we do a maximum of once per day. Ideally, whoever takes care of her would be able to look after her 24/7, or have a friend/family member watch her during any time you would need to leave her. She loves going out as well, and does great at restaurants that allow dogs. If you have a dog at home, she doesn't do well with smaller dogs, but usually does just fine with dogs her size (around 40 lbs). She's great with kids and all people. Other than her separation anxiety, she's incredibly easy to take care of. She sleeps a lot, and is low-energy for a husky. She likes two long walks per day (30-45 minutes), and usually wants to play for around 20 minutes or so. If you're interested, please let us know!
