My name is Patrick and I am primarily a fitness coach/personal trainer in the greater Portland, OR area. I have always been an animal lover and grew up with both dogs and cats and various other pets. In my proffesion I lead by example and my schedule is very flexible which allows me to help out friends, family and clients with their pet care needs whether it's because they work a lot or are going on vacation. Whatever the reason, they know me to be a responsible, upstanding individual that they can trust. I offer many services from dog running and walking to pet and house sitting to in-home or outdoor personal training (I work out of 2 different fitness facilities as well) and even the occasional landscape maintenance and various other odd jobs. I believe in building a community and can offer other reliable proffesional references for services I don't provide. I live a very active lifestyle so I actually enjoy getting out and exercising with your pet. All breeds are welcome.
