Pet Sitter in Toronto, Ontario

Hi there! My name is Alice and I am a full-time web designer from London, UK. I have moved to Toronto recently with my partner Betty (she's a digital editor). We are a female couple, aged 29 and 30, both British. We are experienced pet owners, having both owned cats and dogs in the UK. We've both lived with animals all of our lives (Betty has had bull and collie mix breeds, and I've had small naughty terriers!). Currently our own beloved cat is on a 'staycation' with Betty's family in England while we're travelling, and we miss him terribly. So we'd love to care for your pets while you are away (and get some cuddles in return!) We are very caring and responsible pet owners. We're both used to looking after senior and sick pets, and are experienced the trials-and-tribulations of giving various medications! My family back home feed their dogs on a raw food diet, so I am familiar with the food safety protocols a raw food diet. We are happy to give long or short walks, and can do multiple walks per day if required. We can clean litter trays, wash dogs who roll in smelly things (!) and all the other pleasantries of pet ownership :) We will send you regular updates and photos of your pets. We even don't mind sharing our bed with 'needy' pets - we're used to sleeping on the edge of the mattress! We both work from home and are currently living and working remotely from our condo apartment in Downtown Toronto. We are happy to live-in and stay at your place. This means we can be around most of the day for your pets, so there will be somebody with them most of the time. We are clean, tidy and quiet tenants who will care for your property. We're non-smokers, vegetarian, and definitely *not* party animals! We will keep your home very clean, put out trash/recycling etc, and water your plants. The only thing we'd require is a reliable internet connection as we work from home, and close to transit options as we don't have Canadian driving licenses. We have 2-year work Visas for Canada that allow us to work in Canada and the UK simultaneously. We can provide excellent references. Unfortunately our cat cannot provide a reference but hopefully his Instagram hashtag (#allengram) will demonstrate what good pet owners we are!
