Hi there! My name is Laura and I'm a current 19-year-old Secondary Education major at a university. I was active in a department in high school, and continue to be involved in agriculture, for I live on a farm myself. I have worked with and owned: rabbits, chickens, horses, goats, sheep, pheasants, quail, cattle, sugar-gliders, cavy, ferrets, mules, fish, cats and dogs. I've shown and bred most extensively, my prize winning English Angora rabbits, and have ridden horses for almost 11 years now. There's not really anything that I haven't shown or worked with. I'm extremely comfortable with all farm work, and I'm not a stranger to shoveling poop, loading hay, taking out animal feed bags, or just helping around the farm with some TLC to the animals. I've taken high school courses on greenhouse management and aquaculture, and still continue to help maintain the facilities even though I no longer have those exact classes, as well as help maintain the ponds and gardens at my families farm.
