As a longtime owner of both cats and dogs, I know how important it is to make sure they're well cared for - they're part of the family! I currently have a spoiled yellow lab named Lola (I didn't name her, she came to me that way) :-) I also have a cat named Ghengis Khan (he, too came with the name but has managed to completely live up to it) who thinks he's a dog as he was raised from a kitten by the infamous Lola. Should your pet simply need feeding and companionship or a little more care such as walks or medication (including injections), I believe I have a solution for you.
