Paws and Claws Urbana is a Frederick County based pet care services provider. We offer a very easy, very flexible engagement model designed to make our clients' pet care needs all the easier to satisfy. Our philosophy is simple... We treat our clients' pets like one of our own. We wouldn't leave our pets with just anyone and we don't expect our clients to either. Heather Munoz, the owner of Paws and Claws Urbana, has over a decade of pet care experience and as a full-time services provider her sole focus is providing top-notch care. Paws and Claws Urbana made a decision to charge by visit (with no minimum number of visits required) so that the focus is on the pets in our care and not the clock. Our rates are some of the most economical anywhere in Frederick and Montgomery County. Spending extra time with client pets is our norm not the exception. Our motto is "Your pet might not miss you..." and while that might not be the case it is something we strive for with every interaction we have with our clients' pets.

Her communication is clear and consistent while assuring us our pets are safe and sound. In addition to taking care of our animals, Heather waters our plants, brings in the mail and any other small chore we would have been doing.
