Pets are an important part of the family, and no ones wants them to feel neglected or alone. I\'m happy to look in on your friend(s), and make sure they are having a good time and are happy and healthy. I've grown up with cats and dogs of all ages and sizes. I've had dime store goldfish that have lived long and happy lives through sheer determination (though exotic fish might require some coaching). I've also owned rats, and spent time with rabbits.
