Or don't want board your pet Certified Veterinary Technician Hello my name is Lara, My main background has been in Emergency medicine ( 13 yrs and counting) but currently I work in a general practice hospital , while still doing ER work as a relief basis. I have 3 dogs of my own all of them I love very much for their own individual personalities, being a pet owner I understand how important it is are pets get the best care when we have to be away from them . I believe our pets are more comfortable and secure in their own environment. They are able to relax in their familiar home settings, as well as putting you at ease that your animal is safe and relaxed at home. I am available to make home visits based on your pets needs to offer them food water and of course plenty of TLC. I also offer overnight stays while you are away, if you prefer someone be with your pet as much as possible. Both daily visits and overnight stays I would be happy to care for your house/yard plants, as well as taking out the trash and bringing in your mail and papers. Medications- you can rest assured if your pet requires medications that they will be given properly and in a timely manner to maintain them closets to their daily routine. I am able to administer oral medications (pills, liquid) Intramuscular (i.e. Insulin ) and subcutaneous fluids If an emergency arises (as we all know they do sometimes) your pet will be cared for by your veterinarian. For overnight, weekend, and holiday emergencies your pet will be taken to the ER/veterinarian of your choice, or if you would like they may be cared for at the ER which I am employed (I will personally ensure they receive the best possible care) I am at any time happy to provide both personal and professional references. please feel free to contact me by email or by phone 303 ... so we can discuss any questions you may have and arrange a time to meet in person
