Mill City Pups, LLC is a professional dog walking service fully licensed, insured, and bonded in Massachusetts. We currently serve the Downtown Lowell, MA area. As a local business, we offer our clients a unique experience:​ personalized, written feedback about each walk, no more than 3 dogs in a group walk, a dedicated dog walker giving loving attention and easy scheduling and billing. Our goal is to make your pet happy and your life a little easier! Regular exercise, affection, and socialization are proven to facilitate good physical and mental health resulting in happier, calmer dogs. 30-MINUTE WALK $19 per walk for a 1-dog home $24 per walk for a 2-dog home 60-MINUTE WALK $29 per walk for a 1-dog home $39 per walk for a 2-dog home When and Where We Walk Mill City Pups, LLC specializes in midday walks Monday-Friday with the earliest pickup time at 9:30 AM and the latest pickup time at 4:30 PM. We are currently serving the neighborhood of Downtown Lowell, Massachusetts. Additional Time and Cancellations So that we can best plan for your pooch, please let us know if you need to add or cancel a walk by 7:00 PM the night before. Canceled walks made after this time will be charged in full. Added walks requested after this time are not guaranteed. Payment Method You may pay in cash or by check made payable to: Mill City Pups, LLC There will be a $20 fee for bounced checks. Clients pay weekly for the first month of service. Weekly payments are due at the end of each week and should be left on top of your pet's log book for your walker to retrieve. You will receive a courtesy payment reminder via text the day before a payment is due. After the first month, all clients will transition into monthly payments. Monthly Payments, How it Works Invoices will be emailed to clients around the 1st of the month listing a breakdown of projected walks needed in that upcoming month (running from the 1st - 30th/31st). Payments are due on the 15th of the month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or on a day that your pet is not scheduled, payment will be due on the preceding scheduled day. If you find that there are days that you'd like to add or cancel a walk, respond to the email letting the manager know. They will promptly update the schedule and resend an updated invoice. All change requests made after the 15th of the month will be reflected in the following months invoice. A courtesy payment reminder via text will be sent to all clients the day before payments are due! “Overtime” Charge We specialize in midday walks during the workweek; Monday-Friday 9:30am - 4:30pm. However, if you find yourself in need of a walk during off-hours and if there is a walker available, we’d love to help! Though we do not guarantee walker availability during off-hours, we will always do our best to accommodate. There will be an additional $5 overtime charge on top of the base rate. Off-hours are weekdays after 5:00 PM, weekends, and holidays listed as closed. Note: Discounts do not apply. Weather Conditions and Your Dog's Walk In the event of extreme weather conditions, Mill City Pups will contact you via email by 9pm the night before a scheduled walk to discuss an alternate plan.
