Welcome to The Meadows pet sitting services! I am a mom to 2 daughters ages 6 & 10. We are a family who loves all animals and dogs are at the top of the list! When our beloved dog Dewey passed away I wanted to do something to help care for other dogs. I decided to start a business that would offer a home away from home for family pets so that their time away from their family would not be traumatic but enjoyable. As a result The Meadows was formed. We welcome dogs as well as cats and other pets too! Growing up my mother had the same affection for animals as I do now. I have had 16 dogs throughout my life! Not all at once. ;) We also had cats, rabbits, birds, goats & horses! I inherited my mother's love of animals and this business is also in honor of her memory. Our home is our pet’s home as well as our guests. Our pet guests have their very own pet suite complete with a couch for sleeping, plenty of dog beds, crates (if needed or preferred) and a TV as well as full use of our home. Your pet will have access to their very own dog park with over 2 fully fenced acres for your dog(s) to run and play in all day. We have a large home and as a result we can accommodate all dogs, large and small (up to 6 dogs at once) so if you have multiple dogs they can all enjoy the amenities we have to share at The Meadows. I encourage all potential new guests to visit us first so that you have complete confidence that your pet will be in the best of care. We have 100% feedback and references available upon request. Discounts are offered for multi-pet families. We also offer extended stay (2 weeks) and doggy daycare. Transportation will soon be offered for those who live in NYC or for those who do not or cannot drive. Please check back soon!
