Pet Sitter Job in Centennial, Colorado

Hello! I am searching for a responsible person to care for my dog for 2 months (late May thru first week of August) while I am out of town at an internship. I unfortunately cannot bring her with me, so she needs someone to look after her while I am away. I am looking for someone who wants to live with my dog in their home, care for her, and be fully responsible for her. This would be a great job for a high school student looking for summer work. Wasabi is a 3 year old greyhound who retired from being a racing dog. I have had her for a year. She is house trained, knows basic commands, and is very respectful on the leash. She needs to be fed and walked twice a day, but otherwise she mostly sleeps. Wasabi gets along with most other dogs (no really small dogs please) but not cats or rodents. It would be best if she were the only pet in the house. Up to date on all vaccinations. Sweet dog, never jumps or barks, very calm. Positive reinforcement methods only. I will reimburse you for all food and care costs for the 2 month period, as well as pay $300 per month for your services. Because this is a rather unusual request, I will be interviewing people for this job. You will sign a contract and will be held responsible for any harm that comes to the dog while she is under your care. Greyhound experience preferred, dog experience required. Serious inquiries only.
